Teaching Philosphy

My teaching philosophy centers on nurturing healthy habits for growing bodies while cultivating an environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I design my curriculum from a rich blend of mentors, methodologies, and past training, integrating somatic and meditative principles to help young dancers understand dynamic movement and embodied awareness.

In my classes, every exercise and gesture serves a clear purpose, one that I share openly with students, regardless of their age. I believe dancers should understand their bodies as works of art and dance as their language. Through this language, they can communicate emotions, stories, and ideas with clarity and confidence. My role as an educator is to guide them in discovering that voice, honoring their individuality, and building a foundation for expressive, mindful movement.
